1) Personal Training Course:
The SSFEI offers Personal Trainer Courses which can see you fully qualified as Personal Trainer! We offer a range of Personal Training Courses.
By taking a Personal Training Course with SSFEI, you can change your career in just 12 weeks time. After graduating from the course you’ll be eligible Personal Trainer. Starting every two weeks (with weekday, weekend), the intensive programmes require full commitment from you which in return will make you full accredited and able to start your exciting new career in less than 3 months!
The types of courses we have available
Flexibility is our strong point at The SSFEI, we have a wide range of courses available to you to fit around your lifestyle. Each of the main courses will gain you your knowledge Active IQ in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training. The additional PTC (Personal Training Course) Courses will be for personal development to add extra skills to your teaching so you can offer these to your clients.

PERSONAL TRAINING COURSE (PTC)
The Personal Training Course is the foundation course in Exercise Science that provides comprehensive theoretical and practical, vocational education, equipping the student with the knowledge base and tools to professionally practice as a qualified, certified Personal Trainer in the fitness industry.
This PTC in Internationally recognized and registered by ISPL and DAC(Dubai Accreditation Center) under Category - Personal Trainer.
Successful passing of all assessments will make SSFEI Diploma holders eligible to be part of ISPL and DAC India register and thus gain portability for employment in the Fitness Industries in all over India.
2) Special Population Training :
The human body comprises of various joints, tissues and complex systems working together to carry out its functional day to day activities. A human body can suffer from different issues/ injuries impacting the entire functioning of the body. Any compromise in the functioning of one system or part affects the entire well-being or the performance in day to day life.
Currently, there is a dearth of Fitness Professionals who can handle clients with such cases. CPT for Special Populations gives Certified Personal Trainers the added knowledge of various metabolic, musculoskeletal disorders and the contra-indications vis-a-vis those medical conditions. Thus a CPT-SP is capable of appropriate programming for people with chronic ailments and/or history of acute condition.
The course is developed to give all students an edge over others in their Personal Training Career by providing a knowledge base that allows them to expand their market to include helping people strengthen, and achieve an improvement in physical performance despite their medical issues.
Students that are awarded the SSFEI CPT-SP Certificate will see tremendous growth and recognition in the fitness industry. In order to do the CPT for Special Populations Course, it is advisable to have cleared the SSFEI Personal Training Course first.
As a Fitness Professional, you will encounter clients who require special consideration when designing their programs. Whether it is a health concern, such as cardiovascular disease, or a special need, such as pregnancy, you should identify and address these conditions prior to conducting assessments and designing your clients’ programs. Furthermore, it will often be vital to ensure that your client has been cleared by his or her physician to engage in physical activity.
For clients or participants who are part of special populations, keep the following in mind:
- The program should begin with low-to-moderate intensity and then progress gradually.
- The nature of the program depends on the current health status and physical condition of the client, as well as any other factors identified in the interviewing or screening process. To cater to the needs of clients Of special populations, keep the following in mind: chronic illnesses or who require special considerations, be sure to acquire the necessary education and skills.
- Maintain close communication with the client’s healthcare provider, as well as obtain and adhere to his or her recommendations and guidelines for programming.
- When providing information to a client’s healthcare provider, utilize SOAP notes for documentation of client encounters, health status, and progress.
Clients with special needs or health concerns may require additional attention and consideration with regard to exercise. For clients who are considered special populations, pay attention to the following in programming:
- The benefits of exercise and the different forms of exercise that are beneficial to the specific population. For example, low-risk CAD clients benefit from the improvements in muscular strength and endurance that result from an appropriate resistance-training program.
- Any special modifications for the client, such as monitoring intensity. For example, use the ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) scale for clients with CAD, or avoid rapid twisting movements with clients who have low-back pain
- Any abnormal signs that would warrant either terminating or delaying a client’s exercise session.
- Any specific precautions for client safety.
3) Yoga Instructor Course :
We believe that Yoga is a way of life and not merely a set of physical postures as is generally understood. We believe that the simple philosophy behind the techniques can and should be applied to improve our day-to-day lives. The body affects the mind and the mind also affects the body. At SSFEI, we teach our students to balance body and mind with the help of diet, exercise, attitude-building, recreation, and the cultivation of a positive outlook. A calm, steady and focused mind—a quality often overlooked by those who treat yoga as mere physical exercise—is a vital tool to help glide smoothly over the ups and downs of life. In fact, it is this that the yogi truly seeks and asanas are only a means to this end. We prepares students for teaching Yoga techniques to normal healthy adults. The course covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. The syllabus also consists of experiential learning of unique techniques & concepts pioneered by the founders of our Institute.
Advanced Yoga Syllabus – The comprehensive course covers core principles and philosophical foundations of traditional Yoga. Further, complete immersion into practical experiences of the principal Yoga asanas, pranayamas, Kriyas, concept studies, public speaking, the methodology of teaching etc. are covered. The SSFEI pioneered techniques and Bhavas. Detailed anatomy and physiology classes conducted by Yoga experts will cover theory and practice.
On successful completion of the course, which includes required class attendance, submission of assignments, mid-term and final evaluations (theory & practicals), successful students will be awarded certificates of the SSFEI Yoga Instructor Course.
The SSFEI India is recognized by ISPL and DAC(Dubai Accreditation Center).
4) Sport Nutrition and Supplementations
The SSFEI Certified Sports Nutrition and Supplementations Course is specially designed to help qualified Nutritionists, Personal Trainers/ Gym Instructors and Group Fitness Instructors obtain the knowledge required to prescribe Nutrition Plans for active, exercising individuals & even competitive athletes.
This Nutrition Course provides in-depth knowledge on food selection, macronutrient ratios, micronutrients and human physiology related to digestion and metabolism of food. It is about learning Nutrition that is geared towards optimal performance & body composition.
Knowledge of Nutrition along with exercise provides Fitness Professionals complete hold over results. It is a fact that exercise is ineffective in delivering results without it being complemented by sound nutrition. Once both knowledge bases of Exercise Science and Performance Nutrition are applied, results in clients are assured and the logical conclusion of that is a thriving practice for a Fitness Professionals and a dual source of income. Whatever is the personal goal, body composition, metabolism, mindset or specific fitness requirement, the diet prescribed must always be geared towards supporting muscle hypertrophy, loss of body fat and maximizing optimally sustained energy. The Certified Sports Nutrition and Supplementations Course will guide you on how to design and prescribe diets that perform all of these functions.

Movement drives health, but not all movement is created equal. Inefficient movement can put negative stress on the body. For some, that stress can lead to pain and a diminished desire to exercise. The SSFEI Functional Training & Crossfit Specialist Program will provide you with a deeper understanding of how to train the body to move correctly. Whether it's improving core function to give clients an edge in athletic competition or boosting balance to help older adults play with their grandchildren without pain, functional training can help all adults improve movement efficiency

As a SSFEI Functional Training & Crossfit Specialist, you'll be able to help clients from all backgrounds move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve their balance and flexibility, build strength and improve their overall quality of life. You will be able to work with a wide variety of clients ranging from competitive athletes, to post-rehabilitation clients, to those who need to improve their balance and joint stability.
What’s in the curriculum?
The SSFEI Functional Training & Crossfit Specialist Program is designed for fitness and allied health professionals who want to gain a deeper understanding of how to train the body to move more efficiently. You will learn how to apply functional movement techniques into your training, including understanding fascia, assessments, the application of appropriate exercise progressions and stretching techniques that will help you train clients to move more smoothly.
WHAT IS CROSSFIT TRAINING
Crossfit Training is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All Crossfit Training workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time — or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
Overall, the aim of Crossfit Training is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results.
The program prepares trainees for any physical challenges.
Struggling to lose weight? High Intensity workout is for you. This will translate to a release of lactic acid and also a boost in your metabolic rate. You will be on calorie burning mode for 12 to 14 hours after your workout, depending on how intense it was.

6) MMA Training :
Mixed Martial Arts better known as MMA is the juice of all Martial Arts techniques. Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.
The SSFEI Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) athlete is the best-trained athlete.* Crossfit training that builds exceptional strength, stamina, and discipline through the practice of Mixed Martial Arts. SSFEI offers elite training programs available to members of all ages and abilities. Each club offers a variety of MMA training and classes for men, women, and kids. MMA classes promote endurance, conditioning, proper technique and intelligent sequencing, so you can surpass your goals quickly.
7) Kick Boxing Workshop :
Kickboxing refers to the sport of using martial-arts-style kicks and boxing-style punches to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing. Kickboxing is a standing sport and does not allow continuation of the fight once a combatant has reached the ground.
Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a full-contact sport.
At SSFEI Kickboxing workshop you will learn a range of new and in depth techniques and incorporate and build on what you have learnt in Advanced courses. The Kickboxing course will allow to focus on two speciality fields to maximize your coaching ability-Advanced Boxing and Kickboxing.
This Course includes the learning principals, techniques and combinations you learn follows a system of multiple levels of coaching to further enhance your training and development.

Learn and understand the difference between the methods needed to hold Thai Pads from Focus Pads. - Safety and Injury Prevention:
What is the safest way and how to prevent injuries to you and your clients especially with the technical difficulty utilizing Thai Pads. - Kickboxing moves:
Elbows (left and right), Switching, Knees, Snap Kicks, Push Kicks, Roundhouse Kicks, all kicks taught with using both legs (utilizing the switch). - Kick boxing Combinations :
Learn how to put together and construct safe and effective kickboxing combinations with proper flow and technique. - Kickboxing cardio routines:
Learn how dynamic kickboxing routines and moves can increase the aerobic and anaerobic conditioning of your clients
