The pricing for each service is specified separately and is non-refundable.
3. Subscription-Based Business Listings: India Udyam offers subscription-based business listings on its portals for a fee of Rs.365/year per listing. This fee is non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms: All payments for services provided by India Udyam must be made in advance and are non-refundable. Payment methods accepted include online payment gateways, bank transfers, or any other methods specified by India Udyam.
5. Service Delivery: India Udyam will make every effort to deliver services in a timely manner as specified in the service agreement. However, no guarantees are made regarding the exact delivery timeframes, as they may vary depending on factors such as workload and client requirements.
6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services by India Udyam. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or incomplete delivery of services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights: All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, provided by India Udyam as part of its services, remains the intellectual property of India Udyam or its respective owners. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability: India Udyam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
9. Modification of Terms: India Udyam reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
