India Udyam – Payment Policy
1. Payment Terms: All payments for services provided by India Udyam must be made in advance and are non-refundable. Payment methods accepted include online payment gateways, bank transfers, or any other methods specified by India Udyam.
2. Service Pricing: Each service offered by India Udyam, including website designing, digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, advertising, elections campaign management, promotional activities, etc., has its own pricing structure. Clients are required to pay the specified price for the desired service before the commencement of work.
3. Subscription-Based Business Listings: India Udyam offers subscription-based business listings on its portals for a fee of Rs.365/year per listing. The subscription fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance to activate the listing.
4. Invoice Generation: Upon confirmation of the service request or subscription, India Udyam will generate an invoice detailing the services requested and the total amount due. The invoice will be sent to the client via email or any other preferred mode of communication.
5. Payment Due Date: Clients are required to make payment within the specified due date mentioned on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the delay or suspension of services until payment is received.
6. Late Payment Fee: In the event of late payment, India Udyam reserves the right to charge a late payment fee or interest as specified in the invoice or as per the applicable laws.
7. Currency and Taxes: All prices quoted by India Udyam are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per the prevailing tax laws in India.
8. Payment Confirmation: Payment confirmation will be sent to the client upon successful receipt and processing of the payment. Clients are advised to retain the payment confirmation for their records.
9. Dispute Resolution: In case of any payment disputes or discrepancies, clients are requested to contact India Udyam’s billing department at billing@indiaudyam.com for resolution.
