Once payment is made for any of our services, it is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription-Based Business Listings: India Udyam offers subscription-based business listings on its portals for a fee of Rs.365/year per listing. The subscription fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made for a business listing subscription, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for reviewing our service offerings and subscription terms carefully before making any payments. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they fully understand the services they are availing of and the associated pricing and refund policies.

5. Service Modifications: If, for any reason, India Udyam is unable to fulfill a service as originally agreed upon, we may offer alternative solutions or modifications to the service. However, if the client is not satisfied with the proposed modifications, they may request a refund subject to management approval.
